Terms and Conditions:

1. YOUR CONTRACT
ELAN PROPERTIES SL is a registered company licenced in Spain. All bookings accepted by ELAN PROPERTIES SL from the person making the booking, on behalf of all persons on the booking, are subject to the terms and conditions as laid out in the following paragraphs. Any contract is made on these terms and conditions.

2. YOUR RESERVATION
Reservations are accepted when accompanied by a bank transfer or credit card charge of the appropriate non refundable deposit of 30% plus 1000 euros as a deposit against damages.if no damages occur this will be returned at the end of your booking.If damages exceed 1000 euros the balance will be charged to your credit card. All payments done through a credit card included an extra 1,5% comission. A unique booking reference number and confirmation/invoice will be sent.Where more than one person is staying the person making the reservation is identified as the 'lead name' and is responsible for all payments. No correspondence regarding the reservation will be made with any other party.


3. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
If you wish to change your booking, i.e. change your departure date, we shall endeavour to assist you. If we cannot assist you we reserve the right to treat such changes as a cancellation of booking. All changes must be notified to us in writing.

4. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
Cancellations must be notified to us in writing and forwarded to us by the lead name.The deposit is non refundable.

5. IF YOU MODIFY YOUR BOOKING WHILE OVERSEAS
Early departure from the property will not attract a refund. We will provide information to your insurance company should you need it.

6. OUR LIABILITY
ELAN PROPERTIES SL cannot accept liability for death, injury or illness of anyone booked. We accept liability for acts and/or omissions of our employees, while acting in the course of their employment with us.

7. COMPLAINTS
Please report problems to the management. If dissatisfied, request and complete a Holiday Report Form. If you wish to make a complaint on your return home and only after the above procedures have been followed, you must do so in writing by recorded or registered mail to arrive no later than 28 days after the completion of your holiday. You must enclose a copy of your Holiday Report Form.

8. WEBSITE AND BROCHURE
All steps have been taken to ensure that these are as accurate and up-to-date as possible

9. SPECIAL REQUESTS OR SERVICES
We shall endeavour to satisfy any special requests.e.g. Airportcollection/delivery or wecome pack. However these will be subject to a supplement charge.

10. BEHAVIOUR
You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of you and your party. In cases of serious misconduct we reserve the right to terminate your booking and if we do so we relinquish all responsibility to you.

Accidents happen!! Please inform us as soon as possible. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged.Any damage found after your departure will result in a charge to your credit card.

13. INSURANCE
You should always be adequately insured before travelling overseas.
